Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WhichSub (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

WhichSub is marketing-analytics software for content creators: it generates tracking links and shows which channels bring traffic. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, OnlyFans, Fansly, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using WhichSub you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to follow the rules of any third-party platform you post to, including Reddit. You will not use WhichSub to distribute illegal content, infringe others' rights, or promote content featuring anyone who is not a consenting adult. You alone are responsible for the content you create and where you publish it.

5. Tracking links and data

The Service creates short links that log clicks (such as timestamp and coarse, hashed technical data) to build your analytics. You are responsible for using these links in compliance with each destination platform's terms.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and branding belong to WhichSub. You keep all rights to the content and images you upload, and grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

8. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular traffic, revenue, or results, and analytics are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhichSub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact
